Chairlates
Chairlates is a class done mainly sitting down for those that would like to benefit from doing Pilates but for reasons of mobility or injury are unable to do a mat based class.
The class will still be based around the principles of Pilates, working on your core, improving spinal and joint mobility, as well as all over body strength.
Exercise for all
My aim with Chairlates is to make exercise accesible to everyone of all abilites. Strength and mobility is important for everyone and enables us to keep moving and keep healthy.
We work on keeping your core strong, having healthy shoulders and hips, as well as much more. You can work at your own level using small hand weights and flexbands, or do it without, and just as important we have fun.
